Cheat’s Cassoulet..well someone has to cheat now and then…

Have had too much to drink to give you the recipe tonight..not easy even typing this as tis….but….anyway…this is great fun to cook and stunningly delicious..I roasted some potatoes – quartered in veg oil and threw in some sliced chorizo for last ten minutes to serve with it. You are just going to have to wait til tomorrow for the recipe – but tis…. nay ’twill…be worth it,,,so do not stray far….God speed….now..where is that cork screw…..
