Cold and freeeeezing….despite which – instead of hiding under the duvet – am going to go for a brisk (great word) walk round Highclere Castle – aka Downton Abbey….hopefully call in at a Farm Shop on the way back…..gratified to see so many kind folk popping in to this minor corner of the internet…makes all worthwhile. Only wish I could cook full time..and write about it full time. Still, one never knows. Anyway, let me know what you are all up to today – especially what will be occurring in your kitchens today.
